For small PP/PE/PPR/PE-RT pipe extrusion line
It adopts our own high efficiency single screw extruder equipped with the Siemens PLC  controlling. The whole production line is automatically controlled from extruder to the downstream with high capacity and stable performances.

This line supports for PP,PE, PPR PE-RT pipe production, also can used for PE-RT, PB pipe, which used for indoor floor heating system, through changing parts of components.

This pipeline is mainly used in plasticizing and extruding of PE, PP, ABS,PPR, PS, PET pipes, plates, sheets, film, profiles, granulates and other plastic products.

Single Screw Extruder

5. Optional choice: weight per meter for material control device, can make sure the weight of per meter for extruded pipe 

Extrusion die

1. Extrusion head with spiral structure, make sure the melt in side distributed evenly so as to achieve best plasticization.
2. Calibrator design with water ring which is easy to clean, to achieve better cooling and then fast forming.

Vacuum tank and Spray tank

1. Thick stainless steel as raw material for vacuum tank, it will make sure long service life.
2. Advanced pipe line layout design and adjustable spray angle for better cooling effect, and fast cooling.

Haul-off machine

1. For different pipe size and different speed requirement, we have developed kinds of haul-off unit accordingly.
2. The haul-off unit equipped with single motor drive for every claw with separate motor drive, there is the belt type haul-off unit, stable hauling.

Plastic Pipe Cutter

1. Reasonable cutting design with Universal clamp, and stable for cutting.
2. According to the requirement pipe length, to do automatic cutting by encoder, and the Cutted pipe smoothly.

Coiler/winder

1. Single or Double station coiler is available.

Stacker

1. Easy design for socket to collect the extruded pipe.
